Headteacher's letter
It is with great pride that I welcome you to the Moorside High School website. Situated in the heart of Werrington, we are a successful and vibrant school with a vision to ensure students not only aspire to but also have the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to be the very best they can be.
We are very proud of our school and community. Our dedicated, professional, and caring team of teachers and support staff work tirelessly to bring out the best in every individual. Our students work hard, demonstrate our values and high expectations, and achieve both in and out of the classroom.
We are at a very exciting part of our journey as we formally become part of the Potteries Educational Trust and explore the opportunities this will bring.
For new parents, this website will give you a flavour of our school. To really understand our sense of family, drive, and the wider opportunities life at Moorside can offer please arrange to visit us during the working day. It would be a pleasure to show you around.
Mr D Robinson, Headteacher
